‘I am a hand builder making ceramic vessels and containers that reference landscapes and weathered stone. I like my peices to reveal different surfaces by layering slips and glazes, and much of my inspiration is gathered from daily walks in the farmland around my studio. I aim to make work that evolves with an organic feel to it's finished form; edges undulate, pared back dishes are gently asymmetric, flower bricks often bulge softly. My work is not about perfection and repetition, each piece is unique’
